Store Managerr
Location: Chapel Street, South Yarra
We are thrilled to announce the upcoming opening of our newest flagship store on Chapel Street in South Yarra, Melbourne! As we prepare for our grand opening, we are seeking an experienced and passionate Store Manager to lead our team.
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of the store, including sales, customer service, and inventory management.
Recruit, train, and supervise store staff.
Set sales targets and motivate team members to achieve goals.
Implement marketing strategies to drive foot traffic and increase sales.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Build strong relationships with customers and provide exceptional service.
Requirements:
Previous experience in retail management, preferably in the fashion industry.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of inventory management and merchandising techniques.
Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
Salary: Competitive salary ranging from AU$50,000 to AU$70,000 per year, depending on experience and performance, with performance-based bonuses.
Store Associate
Location: Chapel Street, South Yarra
Are you passionate about fashion and customer service? Join the Heaven Melbourne team as a Store Associate and be a part of our exciting new store opening on Chapel Street in South Yarra!
Responsibilities:
Assist customers with product selection and provide personalized styling advice.
Process transactions accurately using our point-of-sale system.
Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
Replenish merchandise on the sales floor and ensure visual standards are met.
Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
Requirements:
Previous retail experience preferred but not required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Enthusiasm for fashion and willingness to learn about our brand and products.
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
Salary: Hourly rate in accordance with the General Retail Industry Award 2020, ranging from AU$25 to AU$30 per hour.
Warehouse Associate
Location: Melbourne (TBD)
Are you detail-oriented and thrive in a fast-paced environment? Join Heaven Melbourne as a Warehouse Associate and play a key role in our supply chain operations.
Responsibilities:
Receive, unpack, and inspect incoming shipments.
Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders to our stores.
Maintain organized inventory storage and conduct regular stock counts.
Assist with general warehouse maintenance and cleanliness.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics role preferred.
Ability to lift and carry heavy objects and stand for extended periods.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficiency with basic computer skills for inventory management tasks.
Willingness to follow safety procedures and work collaboratively with team members.
Salary: Competitive hourly rate in line with industry standards.
